Join HighlandLIT for the year April 2024-March 2025.  The price to become a Member of HighlandLIT is £30 or £10 (for people on low incomes), or a sum in between if you can afford a little bit more and would like to add an additional donation at the check-out. There is no criteria and no questions are asked about your financial status. We trust you to make an honest contribution of what you can afford to become a member.  By joining, you will be helping to ensure the continuance of this supportive forum which is much appreciated by writers in the Highlands.

Membership benefits include:

• 10% discount off guest author book sales at HighlandLIT events.

• A profile page in the 'Members' Showcase'

• Members can bring copies of their books to sell at Open Mic nights. HighlandLIT will take a commission of 10% of the value of sales.

• Members can, by arrangement, promote work-in-progress or new books at the regular SLAM events

• Free entry for Workshops, for which non-members will be charged £5.

• Free entry to and participation in Open Mic events, for which non-members will be charged £5. (Each member can bring one guest to Open Mic events free of charge.)

 

To pay for renewing your membership of HighlandLIT/joining for the first time or to make a donation/pay for an event please pay by bank transfer if possible

If paying by bank transfer is a problem, you can pay using your Debit/Credit Card or Paypal account via the secure portal below

 

NB when you get to the Check-out stage, enter your details in the first Paypal screen, and click the orange 'Pay with Paypal' button at the bottom if you want to pay using your own Paypal account. 

 

If however you want to pay by a credit or debit card without having a Paypal account, don't click the orange Pay with Paypal' button.  Instead click on the wee row of card icons immediately beneath it When you do that, you will reach the Paypal Guest checkout, which lets you checkout using a credit card. (There’s a section at the bottom of this form to be used by anyone who really does want to create a Paypal account. You will need to click 'No I don't want an account now') .
